Q) In symbian what Hacking is ?
A)according to me Hacking in symbian means installing the app RomPatcher.

This Method is one of the best to hack your Symbian handy to install Unsigned/Cracked apps and to Mod your handy.
THIS METHOD DOESN'T REQUIRE A PC !!
I've Re-written the article here to make it more easy.
Steps:
1)Download and install LCG Xplore On your device.(this is the best filemanager software for symbian ! Its has got all the necessary features)

2)Install Trend micro antivirus.(link is below).

3)download tmquarantine.zip(link is below)

4)now Using xplore extract the contents of tmquarantine.zip to C drive.(ie a folder called tmquarantine)

5)Open Trend Micro antivirus and restore all the quarantine files(3~4 files are there).

6)Download and install RomPatcher(link is below)

7)After installation Rompatcher open it and you must be seeing 2 things openforall,installserver. Select both of them and you must see green on them. If this happens, then your done. And you need to make those to add to auto. If not. You have to start over again from step 3.

heh good old Symbian. I remember the times when I had my old Nokia E51. Epic times... unlocked it with RomPatcher the day I got it, then installed a custom font...
What really really loved about that phone was the ability to record phone conversations - it would take the stream from the earspeaker and record voice through the microphone - quality was amazing. Sadly I cannot do that with any android phone (AFAIK not possible with most of the Android phones).
It was not the best thing to have I frigging loved it, almost cried when I had to sell it

you will be able to install all those apps which you used to get certificate error!,expired certificate etc.

Yeah. The MAIN reason why you must unlock your Symbian, is the power to install unsigned programs.
Signing each program is very damn annoying and it was the reason I unlocked my phone the same day I got it.

I've decided to try this out and well it all works until I run RomPatcher. Open4All goes green when clicked on but Install Server doesn't. I've tried doing the steps again but it doesn't fix the problem, so some help would be nice
